Dining with Rembrandt
This weekend we were sent back into The Golden Age. We had the pleasure of setting up in one of the most unique and beautiful dining rooms in the world, the aptly named Gallery of Honour. Typically home for 17th Century Masterpiece painters such as Rembrandt, Van Gogh, Steen and Vermeer, for one night only a very special event was held in one of the top ten Museums in the world, The Rijks Museum.
Together with Food Fantasies, hand-selected opera singers, contemporary dancers and a pianist, we carefully cascaded our floral centrepieces along a seemingly never-ending dining table that spanned from The Night Watch to The Milkmaid, with space for 87 special guests in between.
