Just when we thought that Springtime couldn't get better, Easter hops around the corner and bathes our senses in all that is tulips, chocolate and gorgeous colour that goes on for miles. If we're lucky, maybe just a little bit of sunshine.
Each year we create a display for the Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht, on the beautiful canals, just nearby to the nine streets, in the centre of Amsterdam.
Juan, the Bluespoon pastry chef blew us away again this year with his eggcellent (see what I did there?) larger than life chocolate egg. It was a true Alice in Wonderland experience, complete with peep holes, perfect for sneaking a moment at the magical fresh floral bouquet hiding inside.
A sea of potted tulips greet you at the door, gaze back at you supping cocktails, whisper quietly to you from the library, and gardens literally grow out of the Bluespoon tables!
You simply cannot escape your own private garden that is the Andaz...dive in!
